What Is Life Coaching?
At Zest, we understand Life Coaching as a process of self-discovery and expanded awareness, where you learn to understand how you think, feel, and act. It is a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom—often muted by the rush and demands of daily life.
From that self-awareness, we support you in the path toward self-regulation and conscious action: learning to return to your center, and to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with presence and clarity. It’s about responding to life from a place of calm, consciously choosing how to act and make decisions, rather than reacting automatically or being carried away by fear, impulses, or external circumstances.

How We Work
Each Life Coaching process is unique and tailored to you—your pace, your rhythm, and your needs. Still, we want to give you a sense of how we typically work.
Duration and frequency:
A process usually includes 5 sessions, although it can be shorter or longer depending on each person. We adjust it session by session, according to your evolution and needs. Each meeting lasts one hour, and the recommended frequency is weekly or biweekly, giving you time to reflect, integrate, and put into practice what we’ve worked on.
Session methodology:
In the first session, we define your main objective together—the area you want to work on or transform. This objective is reviewed and refined throughout the process, as coaching is a flexible and evolving path. Every session is different, but we generally combine moments of deep reflection—such as meditations or powerful questions—with practical and experiential work, like role-playing or exercises designed to develop skills and generate real change.
Between each session, we choose exercises or practices for you to apply in your daily life. These actions help you integrate what you’ve learned, observe your progress, and keep the process active beyond the session itself.
Format and languages:
Sessions can be held in person or online, depending on your preference and availability. We offer processes in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.
